🅿️ Parking is available on the street—there are no allocated parks for the property. However, you’ll find plenty of pay parking nearby, including the Lichfield St Parking Building 🏢 just a short walk away.

⚠️ Important: Do NOT park in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane ❌ as this may result in fines or towing at your own expense. 🚔🚘 Cameras are in place for enforcement 🎥.

🔊 City Noise Disclaimer
This property is located in a vibrant city area, so you may hear typical urban sounds such as pedestrians, traffic, and neighboring residents.

The property is much quieter with windows closed, but if you're a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for extra comfort.

⏳ Early Check-in & Late Check-out
We can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional $10 per hour (max 2 hours). This covers express cleaning to ensure a seamless experience.

Availability is subject to request, so please let us know in advance! Thank you for your understanding! 😊
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
