The Space:
Set just moments from the sand, this luxury four-bedroom home with a separate guest suite and courtyard is tailor-made for group getaways with style. Whether you're travelling with extended family, multiple couples, or grandparents, this home offers connected living with a touch of privacy.

At the heart of the home, a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flows seamlessly onto a spectacular entertaining deck—complete with a built-in BBQ, drinks fridge, and generous dining space for alfresco feasts under the coastal sky. Outdoors, the sun-drenched private pool and spa, trampoline, and lush fenced yard invite lazy afternoons, family games, and poolside lounging.

And that’s just the beginning—downstairs, the fun kicks up a gear with a plush home cinema with projector, Chromecast, Blu-ray, Netflix and Wii—perfect for movie nights or rainy-day retreats. There is also a games garage, complete with pool table, table tennis, and plenty of space to play.

In the main residence, four beautifully styled bedrooms sleep up to 9 guests, with a fifth queen bedroom tucked away in a separately accessed guest house, complete with its own bathroom and leafy courtyard—ideal for a quiet morning coffee or sunset glass of wine.

Indulge in spacious, effortless living with a main bathroom with bathtub servicing the main house. Two travel cots and a bed guard are available on request, making the home perfectly equipped for little ones.

The home also offers a full laundry with ample storage for longer stays, driveway parking, plenty of street parking, and access to a bus stop right at your doorstep. All this, just a leisurely stroll to Moffat Beach, boutique cafés, coastal walking trails, and surf breaks—where group getaways feel both luxurious and laid-back.

All linen & bath towels are included but please bring your own for the pool & beach!

Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use except for downstairs storage room.

There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in.
