Local cafe The Boy and The Rose is great for a coffee, breakfast or lunch. The North Avoca general store sells everything you need for a gourmet meal, to nibblies and household basics.

Numerous great restaurants, cafe’s and a great surf club are a wander down the beach.

Terrigal with cool bars, restaurants, high end shopping is a 5 minute drive.

Erina Fair, a large shopping centre with Aldi, Coles, Harris Farm, Dan Murphy’s, cinema, gyms and many fashion stores is a 10 minute drive. Also accessible by local bus.
