Welcome to 'Cooinda' our happy meeting place for you to enjoy also! Beautiful moments will be created when staying at our coastal family home located only steps away from the sand. Park the car and walk everywhere - to the beach, cafes, convenience store, playgrounds and skate park. A comfortable stay awaits having four bedrooms, 2 with their own ensuite! This home is designed to provide you with a serene and memorable coastal getaway. Whether you’re here for a short escape or an extended stay, you’ll find everything you need to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.

The open plan living and dining area is bright and airy, seamlessly flowing into an outdoor space with stunning pool views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil are also provided.

Enjoy a restful night with the following sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: 1 X King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 X King Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 X King Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 X King Singles

Bed linen, bath towels, mats, and hand towels are professionally laundered and included.

3 Bathrooms - 2 ensuites and 1 main bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Year-round comfort with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Ducted air conditioning upstairs and split system in each room downstairs.

Washing machine and dryer available for guest use.

Outdoor Shower to wash off after you return from the beach.

Council outdoor playground equipped with play structures for children across the road.

Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use.

There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.
All access details are sent the night before the day of arrival.
