Moffat Beach is one of the Sunshine Coast’s hidden gems, offering a vibrant mix of cafés, a micro-brewery, fish and chip shops, and family-friendly parks and playgrounds. A favourite surf spot among locals, the north point break is just 3 minutes from the property. Bring your bikes and walking shoes to explore the scenic Caloundra Coastal Walk, which stretches north to Dicky Beach and Currimundi Lake, and south over the headland to Kings and Bulcock Beaches.

This thoughtfully designed beach house is perfect for relaxed coastal holidays. The fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned lounge flow out onto a breezy verandah—ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Sleeping Arrangements:
● Bedroom 1: Queen bed with large ensuite and walk-in robe
● Bedroom 2: Queen bed
● Bedroom 3: Two long single beds

The second upstairs bathroom includes a combined bath/shower and separate toilet. A third bathroom (with shower and toilet) and laundry are located downstairs via external stairs.

All bed linen, bath towels, bathmats, and tea towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Outdoor Spaces:
● Back garden area – Shaded and private, featuring an outdoor shower, BBQ, second fridge, and outdoor setting. A lovely space to enjoy a drink, read a book, or play lawn games.
