The Space:
Nestled within the Emerald Springs Resort, this beautifully presented townhouse welcomes you with a tropical façade and a private entrance leading into a light-filled and inviting space. Relax in the living area featuring plush seating, coastal accents, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric wall oven, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, microwave, and coffee machine—ideal for preparing meals or morning coffees. There's ample space to dine inside, while the spacious, undercover deck caters to casual meals alfresco with a lounge suite and BBQ grill.
Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with ceiling fans:
Bedroom 1 - King-size bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and attached ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed and opens up to the deck area
Bedroom 3 - King-size bed (or two king singles)
The sleek bathrooms and a laundry, conveniently tucked in the lock-up garage, add to the ease of your stay. Onsite resort features include a tropical swimming pool, a full-sized floodlit tennis court, and a shaded BBQ area. Wi-Fi is available, and you’ll find parking in the driveway with additional spots throughout the complex.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourselves and access to the shared resort-style facilities. Please make yourselves at home!

Located between Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland, this home places you minutes from some of the Sunshine Coast's best beaches. Explore the Mooloolaba Esplanade with its trendy cafés, boutiques, and dining options. Coastal paths invite you to walk, cycle, or simply soak in the ocean views. You'll also love the close proximity to the beach and the convenience of walking to the local Poinsettia shops, including Ray Jays Fish and Chips, BWS bottle shop, and IGA Local Grocer. Everything you need for a relaxed seaside getaway is within easy reach.
Getting Around:
Parking is provided in the driveway with an additional guest spot in the complex. The nearest bus stop is roughly a five-minute walk.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
