Welcome to your dream getaway in beautiful Inverloch! Nestled in the peaceful new Broadbeach Estate, this gem is a quick stroll to the beach and a short drive to the Inverloch township.
Inside, this spacious two-story home has been designed for all year comfort with split systems in every room and 2.5 bathrooms. Looking further, you'll find two generous living areas perfect for relaxation, along with a fantastic man cave (or teen retreat) featuring a pool table, couch and large TV for catching all your favourite sports action.
With some kangaroo paw plants in the front garden—they're a delightful hint that this estate is home to a lively population of kangaroos! These charming critters can often be spotted during the early morning and at dusk, providing a fun and memorable experience for children and adults alike. It's a little slice of wildlife wonder right at your doorstep!
Whether you're planning a fun family vacation or a laid-back retreat with friends, this Inverloch haven is ready to welcome you with open arms!
This property sleeps 10 guests only.
The property features 4 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom downstairs and an ensuite upstairs. There is a seperate powder room/toilet upstairs. fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry space, and 2 generous open-plan living areas with large TVs. Full linen and bath towels are included in the price and there is ample parking for vehicles.

The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions.

Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
1 small dog please - must stay off furniture and all dog poop must be picked up before departure or fine will be charged.

No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking.
Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
