Welcome to Chesapeake Charm, a stunning American Foursquare home built in 1920, located just two blocks from the beach in the heart of Cape Charles’ historical, golf cart-friendly town. This beautifully maintained home features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, making it perfect for families.. The home boasts timeless architectural details, including original pocket doors, beadboard wainscoting, intricate moldings, and gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. The oversized front porch invites you into a grand foyer with a stately staircase, while large, sunlit rooms with high ceilings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The well-designed kitchen offers ample storage and flows seamlessly into the elegant dining room, complete with an original fireplace.
This home includes a private guest suite and a finished third-floor bedroom with a full bath, offering breathtaking views of the Chesapeake Bay. Additionally, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment at the back of the house.. The lush gardens, private deck, and expansive backyard provide a tranquil outdoor space, with ample off-street parking accessible via the alley.

Sweet Retreat -
Our “Sweet Retreat” has been lovingly renovated to create the perfect getaway for you and whomever has the privilege of escaping with you. We are located 9 houses from the beach where you’ll find calm, quiet waters making it a great locale for your little ones and peaceful sunset walk on the beach. Your time at the beach can be followed by a walk through Cape Charles’ charming downtown (for dinner, purchasing your vacation souvenir and a stop for a treat at the candy store).
Our home boasts 3600 sq. feet of space for you and your group to spread out and take a break in between beach trips, bike rides and tasty cuisine. The main floor has two living areas, a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen for your group meals, ½ bath, laundry room and small game room w/a foosball table . On the 2nd floor of the main house there are 3 bedrooms (2 King and 1 Queen - all brand new) each with their own bathroom. The 3rd floor is perfect sleepover set up for all of the kids. In the back section of the house on the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Full Size Bunkbed) and a shared full bathroom. A new outdoor shower was added this spring(2019). Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. (8 chairs & 2 umbrellas)
