At the moment, there is no internet in this unit, it will be installed on Feb

25th. Guests, please bring your soap, shampoo, and conditioner; they are not

provided in this stay. This unit is on the 3rd (top) floor and requires

climbing 2 flights of stairs.

**Registered Guests Only** : Unregistered guests are not allowed. Violations

may result in immediate removal without a refund. Additional charges apply for

**No Unauthorized Parties/Event** s: Events require prior approval.

**ID Verification** : A valid government ID matching the booking name and

credit card is required before check-in. ID Verification is required for all

booking parties.

**Utilities Usage** : Daily electricity usage is limited; excess consumption

may incur additional charges. Crypto mining is prohibited.

**No Smoking Indoors** : Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor

areas. Additional charges apply for violations.

**Guest Responsibility** : Any damages, excessive mess, or unauthorized

laundry use may result in additional charges.

**Quiet Hours** : 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise complaints leading to police visits may

result in immediate eviction without a refund.

**Pets** : Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. Cats require a

refundable deposit.

**Inspection Period** : Issues must be reported within 24 hours of check-in;

otherwise, the unit is accepted.

**Outdoor Cameras** : Tampering with security cameras is prohibited and may

result in immediate eviction. Firearms are strictly prohibited.

**Maintenance & Repairs**: Hosts reserve the right to access the unit for

necessary repairs.

**No Mail Delivery** : The property cannot be used for receiving mail or

establishing residency.

**Late Check-out / Early Check-in** : Available upon request and subject to

approval.
