An Entertainers Delight by the Lake!
Pet Friendly, Paperbark Lodge is set 1.5 hours south of Perth in the peaceful Myalup Freshwater Lakes Estate, just a short drive to the beach.
With chefs kitchen including scullery, open plan design flowing onto the expansive deck overlooking the lake. A perfect place to create a special occasion amongst family and friends.
Enjoy various entertaining activities such as pool table, theatre room and kayaks.
Or just unwind and relax whilst listening to the native fauna echoing off the lake.
Enter through the front door where you will pass the theatre room to your right, with a wide selection of DVD's for all ages to enjoy whilst kicking back on the super comfy lounge or a bean bag.
Or get your game on with the kids, with the Nintendo Wii!
Continue on up the hallway, to your left will lead you to the laundry equipped with washing machine, dryer & deep sink, the large main bathroom with double shower & sinks + large freestanding bathtub, with a separate powder room.
You will also find 3 comfortable Queen sized bedrooms, all with BIW, conveniently located at the quieter end of the house.
This area also contains a workstation.
At the end of the entry hallway you will pass a 2nd powder room, finally leading you into the large modern entertaining space filled with a Pool Table, extra large unique timber dining table hand made from a felled tree onsite and spacious leather lounges.
All of the glass panel doors can be retracted, flowing out to an expansive entertaining deck overlooking the lake, containing a BBQ, deck chairs & table with a large umbrella.
The kitchen has been well designed, with the glass top stove situated in the island bench, facing outward to the entertaining area so guests can gather and converse during meal preparations.
The kitchen and attached scullery contain 2 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave, 2 sinks and many cooking appliances including a stand mixer, food processor, blender, toasted sandwich press, Nespresso coffee pod machine with milk frother, toaster, jug, waffle maker, pancake maker, pie maker and more!
Leading from the entertaining area is the master bedroom with Queen size bed, large WIR, wall mounted TV and Ensuite with double shower & sink and separate toilet. This room, with large double glazed glass doors opens up to part of the deck which overlooks the lake.
Take a short walk down to the backyard which backs onto the lake, sit at the bench seating with your morning coffee or borrow one of the 2 kayaks from the shed for a leisurely paddle.
A fire pit is also located in the backyard to warm up on those colder nights during winter. (Permitted Fire Periods Only)
The entire home and yard are accessible to guests.
Except the garage and store room.
The property backs onto the lake and is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times!
Pets are to be kept on leash when outdoors due to wildlife.
Snakes can be spotted so please be vigilant with children and pets.
