Parking is on-site. There is plenty of space outdoors, with an outdoor table setting and even a pizza oven to make your stay extra enjoyable. Linen: Full linen is not provided and can by hired on request, please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Pets: Pets are welcome! Just make sure they stay off the furniture, and kindly clean up after them before you leave to avoid extra cleaning fees. All pet poop must be removed from the garden to avoid a pickup charge.

All facilities on the site can be accessed, including the external laundry/extra bathroom and the bungalow (4th bedroom).

Inverloch is a picturesque seaside village with a surf beach as well as the inlet beach. Swim, surf, scuba dive, windsurf, fish or just walk along the beach. Browse Inverloch village shops or have a coffee or a bite to eat in one of the cafes. With two hotels as well as a number of restaurants and an RACV Resort, Inverloch has many eating out options.

From this holiday house you can walk most places in central Inverloch, but you'll need a car to travel to other tourist attractions in the general area like Phillip Island's Penguin Parade or Wilson's Promontory. There is also a V-line coach service within easy walking distance, which will take you to Melbourne's Southern Cross station via Koo Wee Rup or directly to Dandenong.

Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toilet rolls are provided, but sheets, doona covers, towels & pillowcases are not. There are pillows, mattress protectors and doonas in the house for your use on all the queen size beds. The pull-out sofa bed converts to a small double bed, which is more suitable for a child than a large adult. Extra pillows are provided.

If you prefer to hire linen rather than bring it from home, I can put you in touch with a linen service.

The large external laundry has a washing machine, dryer and fridge, plus two separate cubicles, each with toilet, shower & wash basin. This second bathroom area is functional rather than luxurious.

There is also an outdoor shower at the front of the house - handy after a trip to the beach - and a rotary clothes hoist in the back yard.

Several steps lead up to the one-room bungalow (4th bedroom), but in the main house there are no stairs. Guests staying in the bungalow can use the showers and toilets in the external laundry/bathroom beside the bungalow.

Wood is provided to fuel the pizza oven.
