Enjoy this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom vacation condo on your next getaway to the foothills of the Smokies! Golf View Resort 1303 is located on the third floor and features engineered throughout the main living with tile in the bathrooms. Feel right at home in this beautiful living room that offers a comfy leather couch, 50″ smart TV, and an updated kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor and indoor pool. Located just a mile from Dollywood and the main strip.

The master bedroom features a king bed and tub to relax in.

The master bathroom features an updated vanity and a shower.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Unwind on the balcony and enjoy a nice nature view that has a table for 4.

Each unit comes with a starter supply for guests to use. The starter supply consists of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Keurig coffee maker (variety of options), dishwasher detergent (1 pack), dish liquid (1 bottle), trash liners (1 per can), paper towel (1 roll). After you use the provided start supply, it is up to each guest to provide anything additional they may need for their stay.
Linens are provided.

There is also a washer & dryer in the condo for guests to use.

NO TRAILERS ALLOWED at the resort. Trailers will be towed at the trailer owner’s expense.

This vacation rental is cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19.

Favorable location to the in proximity to the convention center where we had 8 days of meetings. The only negative thing I can say, is that the neighbors above got noisy moving furniture a couple of times. I trust and hope they enjoyed their stay as well. Very favorable venue, I would recommend it.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was in a great location off of the busy Main Street but easily accessible to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very clean condo, we had everything we needed for our stay, no problems at all. Would definitely stay again!

Nice little condo

Clean comfortable beds and 5 minutes from the strip. Perfect for a small family. Nice balcony overlooking trees very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the smokies.

Great Location

The location was awesome! Very close to everything. 3 minutes to Dolly’s Stampede and 6 minutes to Dollywood. The owner was great with communication, the condo was spacious, and most importantly- clean.

Perfect Home-Base

This was a perfect home base during our time exploring the Pigeon Forge area. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed some downtime just reading a book on the back patio in the sunshine, and taking in some of the Mountain View’s.

The condo is beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean and we have extremely comfortable beds. Amazing stay

Our stay was great kayla was such a great host and the cleaning lady jeni went above and beyond to help decorate the unit for our 1 year wedding anniversary. I would stay here again . Only suggestion i could make is maybe a box fan it got a little hot at night but other then that the place was super clean , and decorated amazing! Mountain views out the front and back

Christmas part 1

We loved our time here. We had booked a cabin but wanted to come sooner but unfortunately the cabin was booked up. So I found this condo and it was perfect! Had everything we needed, which wasn't much since we were mostly gone doing things. It snowed so we were nervous about getting back that night but they put salt out and plowed before we got there. We made it up perfectly safe. The owner responded back way faster than I had anticipated to any questions I had. Very clean, very nice, beds were comfortable. We are considering staying again.

Not only is this condo in a great location but is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed for meals in and the keurig with Kcups is a nice touch.

My husband and I have been coming to Pigeon Forge since we were little kids. We love everything about Pigeon Forge and all the fun activities for the family to do. In just minutes you can be in the mountains away from everything and then back for playtime. We hope that you enjoy our cozy little condo and all the things it has to offer close by.
