As you arrive, you'll be welcomed by the meditation garden, a serene space designed to help you unwind and reconnect with nature. Take a deep breath, let go of stress, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The rustling trees and lush greenery create a tranquil escape, offering the perfect place to reflect, recharge, and reset.
Spacious & Comfortable Living Areas
The main level welcomes you with a bright, airy living room featuring a large flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day on the water. A full bathroom on this level adds to the convenience. Step outside onto the screened-in porch, where ample seating invites you to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails or relax surrounded by nature. The adjacent deck features a large gas grill, making outdoor cooking a breeze.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for hosting. It has two full-size refrigerators, a large center island, a dining table that seats six, and two additional barstools at the kitchen island. Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
