Perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the famous Surfers Paradise Beach, fabulous shopping precincts, vibrant nightlife and an array of delicious dining options. - The person making a booking must be present at key collection with our concierge or lock box.
- Please check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged, late check-outs may incur a “late checkout” fee of $75.
- Please respect the neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm, this includes loud music.
-In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. We do not allow for hens/bucks or adult entertainment. A call out to the property due to a non-comply of this policy will result in an instant eviction. No refund will be given.
- No smoking at the property. A fee will apply to have the property cleaned.
- If you have locked yourself out of the property a call out fee of $80 will apply.
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee up to $300 will apply.
CHILD SUPERVISION.- Please supervise children at all times on balconies and in Gardens.
