Parkview for 16 is a combination of 2 separate houses (both sleeping 8) which are next door to each other. The houses can also be booked separately for 8 guests each. If you'd like to book for 8, please see Parkview for 8 or Waiaria.
Located in a beautiful, quiet street in Moss Vale, are two large, comfortable family homes that are located side by side. These homes are the perfect spot for large family groups to base themselves for a Southern Highlands getaway. Local towns and villages are just a stones throw away, and the beautifully designed and furnished homes have everything you need if you want a place to come together with family and friends but you need extra space!
Where will I be?
Parkview for 16 is located just a short stroll to Moss Vale village, and a 10 minute drive to Bowral. The houses are located in a quiet, picturesque street that overlooks the Church Road Playing Fields which has a children's playground. Berrima and other surrounding towns are a short drive away, as are many of the wineries and villages the Southern Highlands are famous for.

Parkview for 16 are two brand new homes that are modern and fresh and very welcoming. The two large homes are almost identical, and both are designed to the same standards with excellent finishes. They are large homes, each with 3 separate living areas, and backyards that have exceptional entertaining areas. Well equipped and well furnished, guests will appreciate the comfort of these light-filled home in a peaceful setting. Parkview for 16 is perfect for a family getaway or for a large group of friends looking to spend time together. Local restaurants, wineries and wedding venues are all close by.
How is the property laid out?
Both houses have the same design as follows: Each house is a four bedroom home with multiple living spaces, providing lots of room for all guests! At the front end of each house you will find the master bedrooms with ensuites, three queen bedrooms, a separate lounge room with TV (and fireplace in the Parkview house), and the main bathroom with a luxurious tub, an additional powder room, and the laundry. A few steps lead you to the upper level of each home where you will find the living and dining areas that open to the covered outdoor patio with BBQ, outdoor seating and fire pit (Waiaria only). The well equipped kitchens have gas cooktops, 900mm ovens and butlers pantries that houses the French door fridges, dishwashers and microwaves. In each house there is also a separate media room which is great for the kids!
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?
These properties provide complimentary Wi-Fi and passwords will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Each house was designed to enjoy outdoor living! Lounge outside in the undercover seating areas, or dine alfresco at the large tables that seat 8. Each house has a built-in 5 burner BBQ which perfect for cooking outdoors, with plenty of bench space on either side. The backyards have a grassed area for kids to play, and a fantastic seating area complete with a fire pit (in winter months only).
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Parkview for 16 has ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole house for year round comfort.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and bath towels are provided at Parkview for 16.
Parking for cars, etc?
In each house, there is parking for 2 cars inside the double garage. Please do not park on the driveway as it is shared with other residents.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Parkview for 16 is not a pet friendly property.
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
