The Space:
Grand Alpine Villa sleeps up to eight (8) guests, offering each person their own cozy space. With two bedrooms on the first floor and two upstairs, there is plenty of space for everyone. Heat pumps (air con) in every room will ensure you're warm and cozy in the winter months and cool and refreshed in the summer months. Modern decor and local artworks enhance the ambiance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Escape to this modern retreat and indulge in a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, with stunning vistas that create the perfect backdrop for unwinding or relax on the comfy sofa and enjoy watching the widescreen TV . The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are ideal for preparing and savoring meals together, with ample space to gather and enjoy each other's company.
Indulge in al fresco dining on the large balcony or the huge private outdoor patio on the side of the property. Pour yourself a glass of your favorite drink and chill on the one of the multiple balconies as you watch the colours change on the mountains throughout the day.

If you require the beds to be set up differently, you must inform us at least three days before check in. If you want the beds changed after you have checked in, there is a fee of $150 NZD per bedroom.
Parking: Please note that the garage is NOT available for guest use. However, there is sufficient space outside the garage to park two vehicles or even one campervan. As our house is down the end of the driveway, there is some extra space next to our house to park.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, strictly no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events. Breaking of these rules will result in your stay being cancelled and you will need to depart with no refund of remaining time.
A minimum 3 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period.
A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. We can also offer this house as a 3 bedroom version, which is set at a lower price. Please contact us if you would like to have one of the bedrooms locked and rent the house for a lower nightly rate.
The guest making the booking must be 25 years old or older. If you are under 25, please contact us seeking permission to book. We are willing to grant permission to those under 25 years old to make a booking, but we want to discuss with you first.
