Please note that there is an additional one-bedroom queen bed and one bathroom

cabin that is separate from the main home that you will also have access to,

which totals 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.



Our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests includes fully

equipping the kitchen with essential amenities that also include salt and

pepper that are provided. We are pleased to provide a coffee maker, both

regular and decaffeinated coffee options, as well as powder creamer and sugar,

ensuring that you can enjoy a warm beverage at your convenience. In addition,

guests have complimentary access to a washer and dryer located in the

basement, though it is important to note that laundry detergent supplies are

not included.



Fresh linens and towels will be provided as well as bar soap.



We also provide multiple flat screen TV's in the master king bedroom, the

queen bed room and living room area that all have a Roku connection so that

you can still stream your favorite shows and movies at your own convenience.



Wi-Fi is provided as a special perk of our guests stay where it has unlimited

access and great download speeds (mind you, weather may affect it at times)



To enhance your outdoor experience, we offer firewood for cozy evenings spent

around a fire, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the nature

surrounding our property.



To enjoy the true outdoor experience, we have provided a gas grill and can

cook to your heart's desire.

an exclusive long private driveway that ensures privacy for its guests. One of

the key safety features of the estate includes strategically placed outdoor

blink cameras that monitor the grounds, providing visitors with peace of mind

The property is ideally situated near some of Ohio's most cherished natural

attractions, including The Wilds, the Wolf Creek Wildlife Area, and The

Muskingum River and the Ohio Rivers, providing ample opportunities for outdoor

recreation and wildlife observation. The nearby AEP Recreation Lands are also

a hotspot for various species of wildlife, making it a prime location for

hunting enthusiasts, particularly for deer and turkey. Additionally, the area

offers convenient access to Burr Oak State Park, Gillford State Park, and

Wayne National Forest, all of which are just a scenic drive away. Visitors can

Property is pet friendly with an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay,

however we only allow dogs. No cats allowed. We do ask that dogs do not climb

on furniture, stay in beds or go onto any carpet.



Please dispose of all trash before fully leaving the premises and take trash

to designated trash box which is located by the main gate.
