Big windows in living area overlook garden abundant with birds and wildlife.
Front Deck has a BBQ & outdoor furniture and overlooks the private, leafy garden and lovely grassed lawn for kids to play or just to laze around on. Hang the hammock in the trees and kick back.

Other things to note
Stroll down the road & you are at the beautiful Minnie Bay to swim, fish, snorkel and surf, wander down to main beach, across headland to back beach or other coves. Yuragir National Park beaches close by.
Skate park down the road in Wooli (14kms away). Great Coffee, burgers, pizza and award winning Caramel Slice @ the Minnie shop or try the coffee or brekkie in Wooli or maybe a cocktail. Don’t miss a swim in the Pristine Wooli River
30 minute drive to Grafton, famous for it’s jacarandas, the mighty Clarence River and it is the regional centre.

The massive night sky, the dark and stars. A bird watchers paradise. You might spot a rare coastal emu, a local hoppy, or a reptile sunning itself.
Across the road the headland walks immerse you in nature - diverse flora and fauna, views, whale watch, sunrise - it's paradise.

Conveniently located along the popular Yuraygir Coastal Walk.

Fishing - your choice or beach, rock, boat in ocean or Wooli river. Drive up the beach to Sandon for a fish or a picnic. Wooli provides deep sea fishing trips.

Snorkel in the bay or take a dive trip from Wooli to the South Solitary Islands.

Dinner or breakfast baskets can be arranged for a fee.
