Located just 10 minutes from ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Tempe, and several Spring Training stadiums, this stylish 3-bedroom home is the perfect retreat for families, sports fans, and business travelers. With a spacious backyard, BBQ grill, dedicated workspaces, and high-speed WiFi, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Whether you're streaming your favorite shows on the large Roku Smart TV or catching up with friends, this space is perfect for relaxation. The open layout flows effortlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Bedroom 1
Your private retreat features a plush queen-size mattress, a spacious closet, dresser, and a 43” Roku Smart TV. The attached en-suite bathroom includes a full-service shower and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A small property safe is provided for added convenience. A dedicated workspace makes it ideal for remote work.

This cozy and inviting room is equipped with a luxurious queen-size mattress, dresser, closet, and a 43” Roku Smart TV.

Another comfortable space featuring a plush queen-size mattress, dresser, closet, and a 43” Roku Smart TV. This room also has a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay productive during their stay. A small property safe is available for storing valuables.

➤ Pursuant to the City of Tempe Code (Section 16A-219) we will conduct a national sex-offender check on the booking guest for short-term stays. Any confirmed sex offender status shall be cause for cancellation of the reservation.
➤ We use third-party provider Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. As a condition of booking our property we require the booking guest to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you and your guests in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.
➤ Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled, otherwise the reservation is at risk of cancellation.
➤ Driveway parking for (3) vehicles. Covered parking for (1) vehicle. There is one electric vehicle charger available.
➤ Please note: Oleander bushes are present in the backyard. Oleander is highly toxic to pets if ingested. For the safety of animals, pets are not allowed on the property.

➤ Pursuant to the City of Tempe Code (Section 16A-219) we will conduct a national sex-offender check on the booking guest for short-term stays. Any confirmed sex offender status shall be cause for cancellation of the reservation.
➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival. We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we have partnered with Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text. Please note that before your booking begins, we will need to verify your details (name, email, date of birth, and submit a passport/driver’s license or government issued ID, along with a real-time selfie image through the Truvi website. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation is at risk of cancellation.
➤We have partnered with Truvi to require a Damage Waiver Policy as a condition to book our property. You will also be asked to purchase a $35 non-refundable damage waiver through Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.

➤ Stays of 30 nights or longer require the Tenant(s) to sign a lease, to be provided via email after verification through the Truvi website.This must be completed within 48 hours of the check-in date, or prior to staying 30 nights, or your booking is at risk of cancellation
➤ If you are local and / or under the age of 21 please notify us before making your reservation
➤ For short-term stays (< 30 days), no third-party bookings are allowed. The reservation holder must occupy the property for the entire length of the reservation.
➤ We would like to inform you that for direct bookings and long-term stays, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ Exceeding the number of guests for your reservation may result in immediate non-refundable eviction and/or additional fees. Reservation holder agrees to provide the names, ages and city, state of residence of all guests over 18 prior to check-in. Any changes to the number of guests booked in the reservation must be pre-approved in writing prior to check-in. Cameras located on the exterior of the residence (driveway, front door) shall be used to enforce this requirement.
➤ This is a non-smoking property. Smoking (including cigarettes/cigars/tobacco/vaping/candles/incense/marijuana) is prohibited in any area in, or on the Premises and on the Property. If any evidence of smoking inside the house is discovered, the Guest(s) or Tenant(s) will be fined $1000, or the amount incurred for any smoke remediation fees, whichever is greater. Illegal activity,
including drug use or distribution, is prohibited.
➤ A lost key charge of $300 shall apply for any lost keys to cover locksmith costs.
➤ Excessive dirtiness to the house will incur an additional cleaning fee(s) charged to the Guest and will be evidenced with photos. Additional charges will be processed through Truvi (Damage Waiver program) or Airbnb resolutions.
➤ No noise, music or other sounds, or conduct is permitted at any time in such a manner as to disturb or annoy other people, or neighbors. Tenant or guest(s) acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00am. For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and protection of our property the home may be equipped with non-recording noise monitoring devices that will alert us to excessive noise
