This lovely garden apartment is completely private with its own entrance. It is north facing, light and airy.

Smart tv, Chromecast and free, fast nbn wifi.

Two large bedrooms are available with super comfy queen size beds, luxury sheets and a selection of pillows for your comfort. Plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms also has a king single bed.

Please note, if your booking is for just two guests the second bedroom will not be available. Please add to number of extra guests to open up availability of second bedroom.

The bathrooms have a rain head shower, basin and toilet. Quality fluffy towels, hairdryer, and toiletries are provided.

Off the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette consisting of sink, fridge, kettle, nespresso machine, toaster, sandwich press and microwave oven. Stove top and a small bench oven/grill.

Lovely private garden area outside with comfortable lounge seating, a table and chairs, sun umbrella and a hooded gas BBQ.

A tailored welcome basket for breakfast is provided when you arrive, as well as a few treats and basics to get you started.

For every guest the apartment is cleaned to a 5 star standard. All linen including pillow and mattress protectors are freshly laundered. If your stay is more than two weeks, a weekly room service will be provided at a time which suits you which will include cleaning and fresh linen.

Important Info Re Pets:

Dogs must be pre-approved before we agree to host.
Only well behaved, child & dog friendly adult dogs will be accepted, sorry no puppies. Dogs are allowed inside the apartment, we just ask that they do not go on the beds or sofas. We have a 10m x 8m enclosed dog yard with lockable kennels if you wish to leave your dogs for a short time. The fence height is 1.5m. Please also wash/groom your dog before arriving.
We also have 3 well behaved dogs on site.
