Die Villa Las Palmas befindet sich an den Stränden von Playa Pelada direkt am Stadtrand von Nosara. Der nächste Strand ist Guiones Beach, bekannt für seine fantastischen Wellen. Weniger als 5 Minuten Fahrt oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Guiones Beach. Welches ist eine der Top 10 konsistentesten Wellen zum Surfen in der Welt.

Die Miete ist in der 1. Etage. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Mit seinem schön angelegten Grundstück, Gemeinschaftspool direkt am Meer. Genießen Sie die malerische Aussicht von der überdachten Terrasse und entspannen Sie in der Hängematte, während Sie dem Meer und den Klängen der Tierwelt lauschen.

Ich habe insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten, so dass Sie bequem entspannen können oder Sie können die neu installierten Schiebefenster öffnen und die Meeresbrise durchströmen lassen. Ich habe Gitter an den Schiebefenstern, um zu verhindern, dass die Affen oder andere Wildtiere hinein kommen. Die Gemeinschaft hat auch Wachen dort in der Nacht, so dass Sie in Komfort und Sicherheit entspannen können. Die Gemeinde hat auch einen Wäscheservice zur Verfügung.

Die Villa Las Palmas liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von 4 Restaurants, dem Markt und einem nahe gelegenen Fischerdorf entfernt. Erkunden Sie die Strände, fahren Sie auf den Wellen oder verbringen Sie eine Sightseeing-Tour. Es gibt auch Mietplätze für Kajak, Schnorcheln, Angeln und andere Outdoor-Aktivitäten für den Abenteurer. Nosara Retreat ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt für Yogis und Fans von Spiritualität und persönlicher Entwicklung.

Es ist bequem zu Fuß zum Einkaufen und den anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Da dies eine kleine Enklave ist, werden Sie fast immer den ganzen abgelegenen Teil von Playa Pelada für sich haben. Spazieren Sie den Strand entlang nach La Luna, um eine großartige Mischung aus griechischer und mediterraner Küche zu genießen. Auf dem Weg nach La Luna sehen Sie auch Olgas. La Luna und Olga's befinden sich am südlichen Eingang von Playa Pelada und hier kommen die kleinen Fischerboote an. Eine weitere tolle Bar und Restaurant direkt dort ist El Chivo. (Mein persönlicher Favorit.) Sie haben Live-Musikabende und fantastisches mexikanisches Essen zu tollen Preisen.
Highspeed-WLAN inklusive 1 Smart-TV, 1 normalen TV mit DVD-Player und eine Sammlung von DVDs, die ich dort verlasse. Sie können Ihr eigenes persönliches Netflix- oder anderes Streaming-Konto verwenden. Oder bring deine eigenen DVDs mit. Aber warum einen Film schauen, wenn Sie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge von Playa Pelada genießen können?

Die Miete wird komplett mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen geliefert, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen. Alle Küchengeräte, Smoothie Maker, Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, George Foreman Grill, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Müllsäcke.

In diesem Gebiet von Costa Rica ist das Wasser von 15 bis 8 Uhr gesperrt. Um das zu bekämpfen, habe ich einen 750 Gallonen Wassertank installiert, damit Sie keine Sorgen haben und jede Stunde Ihres Aufenthaltes genießen können.

Beautiful house

Spent a week here with my family. We loved the house, pool and beach. The house was very well equipped and there are good restaurants nearby, especially sunrise cafe and an eco juice bar. The roads are rough, so make sure that you have 4WD. There are plenty of activities close by. We even found a Pilates studio! It was great to be in this jungle/ beach environment! Thank you Dick!

Gorgeous jungle feeling condo

Lush surroundings, amazing porch and gorgeous condo pool. Short walking path to the beach ( we were there in Rainy season and it was mildly flooded with almost ankle deep water so bring your water shoes!) The Property Manager is extremely responsive and kind with all questions. We enjoyed both Playa Pelaida and also several days of the short drive over to Playa Guiones. Note the roads leading into the property can get quite muddy and potholed in the rain so make sure you have a car that can handle weather. We enjoy all the area had to offer with surf lessons, and at the area restaurants including Olgas, El Chivo and Il Pepperoni..all fantastic! We frequented the little mercado on the corner quite frequently for snacks and drinks and loved the cute little sunrise coffee...all walkable!

Wonderful stay

Place was amazing! Fantastic pool, shaded on sunny days, incredibly quick walk to amazing beach. Place was clean, cool, beds were very comfortable. Could use a few more juice glasses is all I can say. Checked in at night which was tricky (went in wrong gate) and never was able to contact manager on what’s app or phone, but was able to contact owner easily. Would definitely book again!!

Quiet, beautiful, easy

This was our first trip to Costa Rica. We came to Nosara after staying in Monteverde a few days. Our party consisted of me, my wife, and our eleven year old. The check-in was a little glitchy; Google maps seems to work poorly in Costa Rica in general and because of a closed road, we had to take the long way from Monteverde to Nosara, arriving a little after dark. We had to ask around and it turned out we asked someone who knew Dick (the property owner) and he sent us the right way. Dick included a link for us to contact the property manager, but I guess we needed the VRBO app to see it and WhatsApp to communicate; we had neither. Anyway, after check-in, everything was simply fabulous. The photographs don't do the place justice! Nights were quiet, mornings and sunsets on the beach were sublime. The beach was fabulous for swimming for my daughter when tide was low. It was a bit of a walk to Playa Guiones for surfing (we live in an urban environment and are used to walking, so no one batted an eye). We rented surfboards in town; usually one parent drove while the rest of the family walked to the beach. We had zero issues with our rental and never contacted the property manager.

Location is Key!

This property is a very short walk to your own private beach and the pool in the complex is a great treat! The property was wonderful and the two bathrooms were great. Both beds were super comfortable and the hammock was another great place for napping.

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The power went out almost daily. Grounds were well kept, and walk to the beach was 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay except for the the power outages, which was a problem, especially at night as my husband uses a CPAP machine. Oscar, the property manager, is very responsive.

Excellent Location!

The setting of the condo in the well-maintained jungle-garden complex with a lovely pool & direct access to the beach is ideal! La Luna, Sunrise Coffee, and El Chivo are all walkable, as is the little market. The condo also has everything you need to cook simple meals. It’s tidy, well-maintained, comfortable, and has excellent wardrobe closets for stashing away suitcases and clothes. The in-suite laundry is a bonus too! Tuk-tuks are reliable and easy to grab. We rented an ATV from iQuad for a few days. We also rented a 4x4 vehicle for a few days. (If you don’t have experience navigating rough roads, I can see why people avoid renting cars, but it’s totally manageable and offers more freedom to explore.) Super Nosara grocery has everything you could ever need. We’d rec venturing up to Coyol for dinner one night. The setting & view is worth the drive up the mountain. (We drove ourselves. Others told us taxis are roughly $120 for the trip.) We’d also rec Gypsy Cab Nosara for airport transfers. There was a snafu with our reservation, but they handled it super-fast and professionally. Overall, we loved the convenience, cleanliness and ease of the condo. And, of course, Playa Paleda is gorgeous! We’ll be back!

Swim, relax, eat, repeat!

You can't get much closer to the beach in Nosara than this place. The unit is shady and cool and the property is lush and well taken care of from the edge of the road to the beach. Yes, you do just walk out the back of the property and arrive at some of the best swimming in the area. Looking to just lay low and enjoy the heat, this place works. The only thing that I would suggest is that the owners provide guests with the lower cost beach stuff like chairs, umbrellas, maybe a body board...all tough things to travel with and annoying to rent.

Birthday trip Sept 21 - 27 during Green Season

The property was nestled in bamboo trees just steps from the pool. From the pool, there was a short path through the forest to reach the ocean with beautiful white sand beach of Playa Paleda. We bought fresh fish off the fisherman boat near La Luna restaurant. The fisherman cleaned and filet the catch. We opted not to rent a car. We walked or took tuk tuks to get around. We ate at several of the local restaurants Rosie's, El Pepperoni and Garlic's. We prepared breakfast and dinner on other days at the condo. The house was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. No issues with water supply or usage. We would gladly return tomorrow if we could. Unfortunately, we did not see any sloths or monkeys, but did see and hear the birds. It rained the first two days for maybe 30 to 40 minutes at 2 30 in the afternoon. It was very sunny and dry the rest of the time. The roads are made of dirt with some rocks, so after it rains their very slippery. Make sure you stop on the way to the house to buy essentials. Our driver stopped at the mercado and a produce store. Must try the pineapple and mango. The bodega (corner/neighborhood store) is close by if you need additional items. But will cost more money. Everyone was friendly. I always felt safe. The sunsets were the best. Its very quiet and relaxing. It was just what i needed.

Don’t look for us

We loved the isolation, proximity to the beach and lack of tourists. The Villa was clean, very well kept and roomy. Better directions are warranted, but that’s part of the allure. As usual, EVERYONE, especially, “Pastor” were cordial and helpful. We would definitely return. Looking forward to next time. Pura vida!

As advertised, great place, everything worked well. The property is secure and well maintained. The grounds keeper even brought us fresh coconuts. Nice pool. We saw monkeys and toucans on the property. The beach out front is nice for swimming and is uncrowded. A short 5 minute drive to playa guiones for waves. Would definitely stay here again.

I don’t know what it was but I was intoxicated by Nosara Once you get past the 20 mile of no paved roads ,our condo was as advertised. Spacious ,dark ,sexy. Dick had all the beach needs and household needs that were right on we spent 11days there and my wife had to drag me home I truly appreciate when the photos meet up with reality of it being the same when you open the door .Oscar was beautiful.He was at the condo when needed.the monkeys put a show on for my wife and myself with a family of 12 entertaining us .one of the highlights . This was a life changing vacation .we’re now talking about possibly spending three months a year there Thank you Thank you!!!!!

I’D STAY HERE AGAIN

Everything about this property put me at easy and made being in nosara so easy. A 30 second walk to arguably the nicest beach in nosara(Pelada beach) And a 10 min walk to the best surf in the world ( Guiones beach). This residence slept my 3 children and I with easy and the 2 separate bathrooms was a relief to my daughter. The pool was a welcome relief during the hot afternoons. The pool is super clean and we met many of the semi permanent residents while floating the afternoons away. I found the price quite reasonable for what I got and wouldnt give this place anything less then a 10/10.

Absolutely fantastic location we absolutely love Playa Pelada.. the condo is very private easy access to the h pool. It will definitely have a five star rating if we had received adequate information prior to our arrival He definitely would return there as a residence really make you feel welcome.

Had a very good time!

We stayed 6 nights. Playa Pelada is a very calm place but close to Nosara and Giones beach. The condo is really clean in a peacefull environnement. It was perfect for us. We will be back for sure! Thanks.

Great location & Condo!

Property itself was fantastic! A great little path and you are steps away from the quiet beautiful beach. The pool was also great. The location of the condo itself was well located to a few resto's. The mini grocery is really small, so make sure to stop at the large store to purchase food on the way down. To note: There was no coffee, cooking oil, vinegar or spices. But otherwise it had a well stocked kitchen. And be sure to check out the bat cave, only at the lowest tide, walk right (north) on beach.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here for 6 days. The property is located right next to a beautiful swimming beach. There is a little 2 minute walk down a path that takes you to the ocean. If you walk 15 minutes south you will be at playa guionnes, which is great for surfing. The town is a 5 minute walk with a few restaurants and a coffee shop, enough so you don’t need to drive. The actual unit was quite dark inside because of the large trees surrounding it. The beds were also quite firm. There was AC and a well stocked kitchen. We had one plumbing issue but the on-site manager was very quick to fix it. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for quick beach access.

Relaxing Trip

Condo is very nice...clean, well maintained, good access to Playa Pelada, with nice pool area & beautiful grounds. The only real negative was the door code that didn't work. Apparently it was changed due to a wifi snafu & we weren't given updated code. It was a mess in the dark. I see complaints from others re poor check in process as well. Playa Pelada is the smaller, quieter, more private beach. Folks that desire more shops & tourist activity (including surfing) may prefer to stay on Playa Guioness which is 20 minute walk away. Overall, the beaches are uncrowded with beautiful sunsets. However, some of the best restaurants (eg. LaLuna, El Chivo & Peperoni) are on the Pelada side...a short walk from condo. Overall, the trip was relaxing & excellent...Costa Ricans are wonderful people... altho after end of Nov rainy season the dirt, potholed roads (last 15-20 miles) were in terrible shape. We highly recommend beautiful Nosara altho it is fairly isolated...we would not recommend renting a car from Liberia airport. Shuttles are easily available at a cost of $150/each way.

My wife and I live in Pawley's Island, SC. I have been in the South all my life. Started surfing when I was a kid. Came down in 2000 to Nosara. I enjoyed the world class surf. I fell in love with the area and decided I wanted to own a property there. My wife and I visit a few times a year to walk the beach and enjoy the surf and local community. One of the best places I have ever visited.

My wife and I enjoy the warm weather and great waves. I like to surf and fish. There's a bat cave and turtle sanctuary all within the area. Nosara is a growing area that is loaded with a lot of different cultures from all over the world. My wife was raised in Europe and speaks fluent Spanish. However most people down there are fluent in multiple languages. We find the beach in front of our rental to be one of the most pristine beaches we've ever seen. Our community around us within the condo complex are all great people to hang out with.

The beaches are beautiful. The monkeys all love to hang out around the condos. There's some really neat Iguana's and other lizards. It literally is Pura Vida the Pure Life. Also the food is all organic grown or caught locally. Which is a huge plus in my book. You can even walk down to the fishing village and buy locally caught fish yourself. Another unique benefit is that their breads are as good as NY's. In the area is a large grocery store that has most the American things you might need during your stay.
