This two-bedroom unit offers fantastic views over the waterways, the unit is very comfortable and perfect for a romantic weekend away for couples or a small family holiday escape near the beach.
There is a spacious open plan tiled living and dining area with ceiling fans, this area opens out onto the undercover balcony and allows the sea breeze to flow throughout the entire unit, the perfect place to sit back, relax and take in the stunning views of the water and Marina. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven, and microwave, the unit also provides a family size fridge / freezer.
Two bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed and ceiling fan, whilst the second bedroom has a Double bed, ceiling fan and access to the sunroom with a study nook area, lounge chairs and second TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit shares an external laundry shared with one other unit, this is located at the unit front door and has its own top loader washing machine and dryer.
There is one secure undercover garage space for guests, Bayview Towers is located so you can walk to all the local attractions, bars, restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and beaches – this is just the perfect destination for your next holiday.
