Family-friendly, dog-friendly* and clean as a whistle! Welcome to the Fish House, your home base in the 30A resort community of Seacrest Beach! Huge community pool, 4 adult bikes, BBQ and much more! With room to sleep 13 guests, this 2-story home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and everything you need to make family vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

Just a glance at the front of the Fish House lets you know your group is in for fun! The fish theme is carried throughout the exterior woodwork on the upper balcony, and the bright orange chairs on the front deck invite everyone to come on in and kick off the vacation!

The casual, comfortable open-concept floor plan for the living/dining area has plenty of seating, with couches, 5 barstools and a large dining table. Everyone can find their space, and enjoy visiting together, working on the computer, or gathering around the 60” Smart TV to watch a little Netflix!

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space and cooking supplies for your family chef to create culinary delights for the whole crew! The back porch is easily accessed from the living area, where guests can enjoy an outdoor dining table and gas grill!

The first floor also features a laundry area with full-sized stacked front loading machines, a powder room, and a king bedroom master suite. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall.

Upstairs, at the top of the landing, you’ll see the bunk area with a twin bunk on top of a double bed. This floor also features a king master suite, with an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a shower, and a soaking tub. The king suite also has its own balcony.

The queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two double beds share access to a lovely screened-in porch with chairs and a small table, perfect for reading or a drink in the afternoon! These bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo.

Guests can take the tram or walk to the beach, making use of bikes provided with the house, as well as the sparkling 12,000 square foot resort-style pool which has several areas to enjoy and is family-friendly. You and your family will have complete, unfettered private access to the home. Should anything arise during your trip, our team members are nearby and remain ready to help for the duration of your stay.

We have team members who live in the neighborhood, so help is only a couple of minutes away should the need arise. And given we live and work in the neighborhood, we can almost certainly answer any question you may have about the area.

Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach (nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches) has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets and the largest community pool on Scenic Highway 30A.

Whether you want to stay all winter or just a week, there are vacation options that include luxury accommodations in modern beach homes and spacious pool side condominiums.

Free tram service is provided to the deeded beach access and resort pool from Mar thru Oct from 9am to 5:45pm CT (weather
permitting). The closest pickup/dropoff is stop C3, directly across the street from the home.

Guests may park in the driveway or in the gravel bays in front of the home. The gravel
bay parking spaces that align the home are considered “public parking” and may be used by guests residing in neighboring
homes. Please do not block or park in the driveways of neighboring homes.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS a pet friendly property. Guests must notify 30A Sea Story that they are bringing pets (no more than 2) when booking. A non refundable pet fee is required.

*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
