The Carillon Beach Inn is a 70 unit boutique condominium complex. The one-bedroom units contain a bedroom, sitting area and kitchenette. The inn is located on Lake Carillon, at the entrance to Downtown Carillon Beach, and between the Sunrise and Sunset Condominiums and the Carillon Beach Rentals Office. Owners and occupants of the inn units are entitled to use all of the amenities of Carillon Beach as well as the Resort Swimming Pool. Carillon Beach amenities include four additional pools (one beachside), tennis courts, playground areas and a basketball court. There are eight individual beach walkovers for easy beach access.

2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Two beach towels provided.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash chute.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep bed turned down; place any used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home.
