Newly remodeled 4th floor condo! Overlooking Lake Carillon, this suite-style condo contains lovely features like a private balcony and kitchenette equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and four burner cooktop. Enjoy the convenience of your own full size washer and dryer tucked behind the living room cabinetry. Guests can enjoy many amenities at Carillon Beach, including multiple beach walkovers, hot tubs and pools. It's a short walk to the lake and beach!

Gorgeous Carillon Inn Unit 404 is part of the inimitable Carillon Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, where everything is on hand for your perfect escape to the Emerald Coast. Your private one bedroom condo commands an impressive upper level view of Lake Carillon and the gulf just beyond. The setting is spectacular, but the vibe is sophisticated, with neutral tones and luxe textures highlighting the unit’s open-concept interior. With coastal themed art and accessories, the beachfront atmosphere is present throughout. Open the sliding doors and the condo fills with natural sunlight and fresh ocean breezes.

Everything is here to make your stay relaxing and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner electric cooktop, convection microwave, toaster, blender, hand mixer and combination pod/multi-cup drip coffee maker. The Carillon Beach Inn is a 70 unit boutique condominium complex. The one-bedroom units contain a bedroom, sitting area and kitchenette. The inn is located on Lake Carillon, at the entrance to Downtown Carillon Beach, and between the Sunrise and Sunset Condominiums and the Carillon Beach Rentals Office. Owners and occupants of the inn units are entitled to use all of the amenities of Carillon Beach as well as the Resort Swimming Pool. Carillon Beach amenities include four additional pools (one beachside), tennis courts, playground areas and a basketball court. There are eight individual beach walkovers for easy beach access.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Two beach towels provided.

7. Please know we do not rent to student groups. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash chute.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep bed turned down; place any used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home.

This unit is extremely small and hurts itself by putting full size washer and dryer and cabinets in the main room. Absolutely zero room for luggage or places to hang clothes . Bathroom has no storage and no where to sit anything . Unit has a bidet ?? I mean who puts a bidet in a one bedroom rental. AC does not work correctly and constantly cuts off. Appliances are extremely difficult to use and ice machine makes about 3 cubes per day! We’ve stayed in other units in this development and this by far is the worst !

We've been visiting Carillon Beach for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The updated remodel makes the space much nicer than other condos in the area. The cleanliness was also far superior to other places. Will book again.

Communicating with the host was so quick and easy! At arrival the apartment was organized, clean, and brand new! Truly such a great company and service. The location is so convenient and its only a 5-8 minute walk from the beach! Couldn’t ask for more!

Carillon Beach Inn-Condo 404

Property was very nice, clean, newly remodeled. We were able to relax and enjoy our time at Carillon Beach. As a side note, TV was restricted to personal online capabilities for the most part as there was no cable TV available. If television is a big party of vacation for you and you don't have your own subscription to Netflix, this location would not be for you. One additional note for property owners, an additional shelving unit at the end of the shower would be a huge help to guests as a place to put toiletries during the stay. Overall, we loved this location and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to other travelers.
