Peaceful Rays is certain to become your family's next favorite beach vacation destination! This four bedroom, four bathroom coastal getaway features porches for EVERY bedroom, four free bicycles, flat panel televisions in the living area and bedrooms on the first and second floors, ultra-fast WiFi and cable television!

As you walk through the front door of this coastal cottage, you enter into the open concept living space where you'll find on your left a wrap around sofa flanked by a plush over-sized chair – the perfect setting for your family to relive the favorite parts of their day enjoying everything our little slice of paradise has to offer! To your right is a pair of overstuffed chairs positioned in front of an ultra HD 4K flat panel smart television.

The center of the space is a large, circular dining table that comfortably seats six. When you come downstairs in the morning, you can gather round the table and plan out your day's adventures while sharing a wonderful family breakfast. After a wondrous day at the beach, pull up a chair and share in a family favorite meal as you regale each other with exciting tales of the days adventures in our idyllic beach community.

The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space and granite countertops. The cabinets are replete with all the cookware and bakeware you need to prepare and amazing meal for your family. On the wall opposite the counters is a pantry with five shelves and racks on the door — plenty of room to store everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals for your family. Steps off the porch at the back of the house is a courtyard where you’ll find a concrete table for dining al fresco as well as a propane grill.

The first floor houses a queen bedroom, on the second floor is a grand master suite with a seating area, king bed and ensuite bath. Rounding out the second floor is a large guest bedroom with two full beds, seating area and ensuite bath. The third floor is a dream with two sets of twin over queen built-in bunk beds with twin size trundle beds. This bedroom houses it's own bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. Best of all, you are four tenths of a mile away from sinking your toes into the pristine white sands of the world's most beautiful beaches! You are two tenths of a mile away from the 12,000 square foot Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool — the largest pool on 30A!

Peaceful Rays is a pet-friendly vacation rental; however, we have a limit on no more than two dogs each weighing fifty pounds or less. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding. When people are not in residence, dogs must be crated for their own protection (being in an unfamiliar setting) and for protection of the contents of the home. There is a non-refundable $250 (+ tax) pet fee charged when bringing pets into the home.

We live in the neighborhood which means we are extremely familiar with the area and should be able to answer any questions you may have about what to do, where to shop and where to eat. Should you encounter any difficulties with the home, our proximity allows us to quickly resolve most issues that arise during our guests' stay.

When the sun and sand beckon, Seacrest offers residents and guests access to one of America’s most beautiful beaches. Old world charm meets modern luxury here with shopping and dining just minutes away from the quiet community on South Walton’s Scenic Highway 30A.

Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach (nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches) has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets and the largest community pool on Scenic Highway 30A.

Whether you want to stay all winter or just a week, there are vacation options that include luxury accommodations in modern beach homes and spacious pool side condominiums.

The neighborhood of Seacrest Beach operates a private tram service during the day from 9am to 5:45pm CT. The tram will pick you up at one of two stops located no more than a block away from the home and it will ferry you to the lagoon pool area or the community's private beach access. The tram operates from March 1st through October 31st (weather permitting).

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS a pet friendly property. An additional pet fee of $250 + tax will be due prior to the check-in date. We ask when no one is in residence that pets get crated for their safety, being in an unfamiliar environment, and for the protection of the contents in the home. Guests must pickup after their pets at the house.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

Overall Very Disappointing

It’s a very worn house. We were greeted with a cockroach in the kitchen, no sheets on one bed, the kitchen was infested with ants and the blinds on the door came crashing down in the family room when we tried to open it. We had to buy ant spray and ant traps because ants were crawling all over the food on counter and floor. Placemats were dirty and had dried food all over them…..and a large mixing bowl and fry pan were covered in black char. Overall….kitchen was disgusting. Fridge did not keep things cold at all and motor struggled the whole time. Everything in freezer was soft. Worst house we’ve rented in 25 years.

Very nice, but....

The house was as advertised and the development is nice. The house was clean and roomy, but some paint finishes and appliances are getting long-in-the-tooth (the 4-star cleanliness rating). The private beach is Gulf lovely but very small and crowded. The nearby public beach is better but you must drive to it. The landlord's communication and process was first-rate. Overall, a very nice trip.

Enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious! Was able to cook many dinners with ample supplies in the kitchen. Loved hanging outside in the evening on the 3rd floor balcony and watching the sunset.

Great Vacation Home

The house was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the many porches to relax after long days in the sun. Access to the trams and pool made getting to and from the beach and the pool easy.

Perfect Place

The house was exactly as presented, no surprises... which is what great vacations (and vacation homes) should provide. The space was furnished to accommodate families, the kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked with the small wares and items you needed. The Beds were comfortable. Having 4 bikes available was a fantastic convenience as was the gas grill with plenty of propane. We would definitely rent this property again.

2021 Beach Vaca

Location was easy to find and just a short drive to Pier Park was great. Shuttle service was great. The kids loved the pool. Everything and everyone was great and cleanliness of our rental was top notch. 96 Surfer Lane did not disappoint!

PERFECT STAY on 30a

We had 10 people in the house, 2 kids, 2 older teens, and 6 adults. Everyone talked about how comfortable and high quality the house was, beds, furniture, sheets, dishes, not one complaint! Each room having its own bathroom made it so convenient on our group. We never ran out of hot water and we had a lot of showers!!!!!!! We LOVED the community and how friendly everyone was. We loved that we had options of pool, private beach, and that the less crowded public beach was less than 10 minutes away! Great places to eat within walking/biking distance! We enjoyed the bikes and beach toys provided with the house. Highly recommend staying here!!!!

College Graduate Family Celebration Vacation

My family and I wanted to have a chance to celebrate our son's graduation and this was a perfect home for it. We were also able to bring our "grand dog" with us too. It was her first time to visit the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed from kitchen ware to beach items to help make our stay relaxing. The amount of beds and space was perfect for our family too. The tram service they offer for the community was great and easy to access. The only thing I would say about the beach is to go early to claim your spot because there are "private property" beaches on both sides of the Seacrest beach.
