Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm.

Enter the open concept kitchen and living area, with gorgeous stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas stove. The bar seats three, with an outdoor dining area on the back deck. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs are settled around the gas log fireplace and Smart TV with Samsung TV Plus for viewing options.

To each side is an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and TV. On the right, the bath features a large, tiled shower with an overhead showerhead and a handheld wand. The counters are granite with a double vanity. The bathroom on the left has a tub/shower combo with the overhead showerhead. Double granite vanities also grace this room.

The back deck is large and spacious, allowing room for a dining area for six and the new grill. Use the stairs to head to the lawn, and cook some s'mores over the fire pit.

Dogs are welcome at Eagles Escape for an additional rent of $25/night each. Max of two mature dogs, please.

Located directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home offers excellent location in proximity to the most popular amenities in the community. In the summer time, enjoy a nice hike right from your door step! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone!

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.


Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Maximum of 2 pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet per night.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The owner of Eagles Escape uses exterior security cameras to monitor their home and ensure it remains safe. One camera is aimed at gravel parking, one camera is aimed at steps and road approaching, one camera is aimed at paved parking entrance to garage and the other camera is aimed at the generator heat pumps under the deck. No cameras are indoors. - Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
