First on your list of to-dos will be to take a refreshing swim in the home’s sparkling, inground pool, a refreshing way to take a break from the tropical Floridian temperatures. Dry off in comfortable chaise lounge seating, losing yourself in the pages of a good book with a refreshing cocktail in hand. With additional seating around the lanai, everyone will be able to have a front row seat to the action!

Indoors, tall ceilings sit atop bright, open spaces lovingly furnished to maximize your downtime, with enough room for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner to relax. Speaking of relaxation, the living room includes plush sofa and smart TV, so you won’t have to miss out on episodes of any of your favorite shows while away. The eat-in kitchen includes all-white appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for convenient meal preparation and storage. Dine together at the table for 4 for all your culinary endeavors from breakfasts on the go to family style dining and everything in between.

Still have energy to spare? The garage-converted game room is the spot for adrenaline pumping, competitive fun, equipped with a pool, ping pong, air hockey, and card tables for hours of nonstop excitement.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located at the top of the garage, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is located at and actively monitoring the entryway. The third is located at and actively monitoring the front door.

• Stroller included.

These incredible accommodations are located just a few miles from all of the exciting parks and attractions this area has in spades, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.
