Summary:
Swiss 53 is a beautiful modern home with 3 bed, 2 bath and a private saltwater pool (heat pump out of service). The home features a split floor plan with a large private master suite on one side and the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the home. The back of the home faces West providing brilliant sunlight throughout the day and beautiful sunsets every evenings! Mature vegetation provides perfect privacy. The living is large with 10 feet ceilings. There is no carpet - only tiled floors throughout the entire home. The laundry is located inside the garage with a full size washer and dryer. Outdoor enjoyment is a breeze with a large screened in patio featuring a dining table for 6 and a conversational seating space looking out over the massive fully fenced private yard and pool area. A grill is available for an additional fee. The home also features a high top kitchen nook seating 4, a large dining area with seating for 6, a 65 inch TV and sliding glass doors with access to the screened patio from the living room, and master bedroom . A prime location lends itself to easy access to all that Clermont and Central Florida have to offer. Clermont's charming downtown dining, shopping and weekend Farmer's Market is a quick 10 minute drive away. Clermont is the ideal destination for athletes and it home to the National Training Center. South Lake County has received designations as a Runner Friendly Community by the Road Runners Club of America and as a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Downtown Clermont's Waterfront Park provides regular festivals, a splash park, athletic events and a 30 mile fitness trail friendly to walkers, runners and cyclists alike. Water Skiers and golfers are within walking distance from the world well known Swiss Ski School and 9 holes golf course. Countless other golf opportunities are located nearby, as well as the Clermont chain of Lakes to satisfy fisherman and all water enthusiasts! The main complex gate code entrance for the community is #1522 POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS Always remember to book lodging before flights! 30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa. Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in. If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception. Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted. Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice. Check-In time is 5:00 pm. Check-Out time is 12:00 pm. NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free. NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed. TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps. PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork.
