Sea-breezin' - Beachfront Condo

Newly remodeled 1st floor oceanfront condo in Windswept Villas with a covered balcony that overlooks the ocean and pool. Sit and watch the sunrise/ sunset or watch the dolphins play. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (updated cabinets & new granite countertops, new flooring and new interior paint. There is a washer/ dryer in the unit. The unit has a new queen size bed and a new queen sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Only one parking space. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping in the unit. Linen Package included; and cleaning upon departure included. Walking distance to restaurants and beach shopping. Short drive away to Murrells Inlet, dubbed the seafood capital of South Carolina.

Beachy and perfect for 2.

We would definitely stay here again. We have a son @ Coastal Carolina & this was a perfect spot for visiting him & the beach. Condo was quiet, cute with beach vibe and great views! Happy we were on the 1st floor! We did have to ask a neighbor to not smoke pot on their balcony due to the nasty smell but of course, this was not the property owner’s fault. Manager was very quick to respond to our questions.

Perfect place to explore, relax

The accommodations in the location met our needs perfectly. We loved the easy stroll along the beach to the newly rebuilt Surfside Beach pier and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck and listening to the waves, and watching the activity day and night. But we also got out and explored many of the local attractions in restaurants. This is a very convenient location. We had everything we needed at the condo. And best of all, the bed was extremely comfortable!

This was our second stay at Patty's beach condo. It's a great little place in a perfect location. Getting in and out is a breeze. We will definitely be back.

Great Memorial Day Stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay in this great little condo on the beach. Everything was as described. The place was clean, well-stocked, and in a location that is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Couldn't ask for more, and we hope to return soon.

Clean, well-appointed and happy place

Owner was very easy to reach by text. Unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Nice Bed - we thought we might be too close (being used to a king) but it was really nice and we slept well. Cute beach decor with pretty colors. The location is perfect - easy to get to the beach and pool - just the right height for a great view on the first floor above the garage. We liked the deck furniture too - comfortable! We hope to be back to this exact spot again!

This condo could not have been cuter. It was set up beautifully, included everything needed for a comfortable stay & was in easy walking distance to many restaurants. Great location and great view!

My sister and I my rented this condo for our annual trip. We stayed in the same building last year and loved it so much we decided to book again. The view is phenomenal, the beach is gorgeous … just a few steps away, and the proximity to restaurants and shopping is great. The condo looks just like the pictures, comfy bed and nice updated appliances in the kitchen. Patty was very responsive throughout the booking and during our stay. I highly recommend this lovely condo!

Perfect stay

Patty's condo was a home away from home. It was very clean and everything was exactly what you see in the pictures. The area was very quiet in early May and even though we had a couple of cool weather days the view from the balcony still let us enjoy the beach. Communication was great and I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful vacation!

March Break Getaway

Great little place right on the ocean. The sound of the waves and the almost daily sightings of dolphins right out from the condo helped with the abnormally cold week SC was experiencing. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The host was great at responding to any questions we had and was pleasant to deal with.

Great Efficiency Right on the Beach

The owner was wonderful about communicating with us. The location was ideal—Surfside Beach is very low key! The updated unit was nicely decorated and right on the beach. Access to golf and dining was perfect.
