This unit is bright and modern, centrally located along the False Creek Seawall and is steps from BC Place, Rogers Arena, Yaletown, shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores and transit. This one bedroom plus den and parking, corner view unit has vast views of the mountains, False Creek and downtown.

The condo is elegantly furnished with a fully stocked kitchen for you to call it home during your stay in Vancouver. On days where you just want to do nothing, there is a TV in the living room and bedroom for watching when lazing around, BUT on days where you're feeling adventurous, take advantage of the many amenities available in this building like the bowling alley, kayak rental, swimming pool, and movie theatre.

As my guest in this condo, not only will have a designated parking spot, you will also have access to hotel like amenities which includes, a concierge, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness centre, bowling alley, kayak rental, yoga room, business offices and a movie theatre.

Please note that this is a non smoking building. A fine will be issued if seen smoking and you will be asked to immediately leave the unit. Although we all love our adorable fur baby, this unit is not suitable for pets.

To help start your stay, all guests will be provided with two rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and some basic kitchen items. All other toiletry and kitchen items will be the guests' responsibility.
