IMPORTANT: Please be aware that a balcony sealing project is taking place at Verandas from February 17 to April 25, 2025. Work on this unit's balcony is scheduled from April 4 to April 25, during which time the balcony will be closed and inaccessible, and balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit. Additionally, construction noise, scaffolding, and general activity will be present throughout the entire project. The pool deck will also be closed until work shifts to the south-facing side of the building.
