From Nehalem, you can drive south to Tillamook for a tasty visit to the Tillamook Creamery. Driving north takes you past stunning beaches, charming coastal towns like Cannon Beach, fantastic golf courses, and headlands well worth hikes for a bird’s-eye view down the shoreline. It’s a terrific launchpad for exploring the coast, especially knowing you can head back home to your sweet spot on the river.
