Our modern three bedroom home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, chefs kitchen, gas fireplace, two large decks and a private hot tub with a view out to nature. Kitchen is fully appointed with all appliances for a comfortable stay. Flexible bookings for a long weekend, or an extended stay if you need a longer change of scenery.

Downstairs den provides a dedicated desk space with adjustable desk. Den also has a large SMART TV, books and games to share.

The large master bedroom with king bed is on the main floor with the kitchen and great room, opens up onto a quiet back deck and peaceful open space. Laundry and powder rooms complete the main floor. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one queen and one with a bunk bed with a trundle, plus a twin bed - sleeps four. The sofa bed in the bonus room can accommodate two additional. Full bathroom with tub/shower completes the downstairs. Enjoy the hot tub as a relaxing end to any adventurous day.

Hiking and mountain bike trails galore. Rafting and tubing is minutes away on the beautiful Truckee river. Historic downtown Truckee is only 10 minutes away with quaint shops, restaurants, and bars.
