Welcome to Pipis, the perfect beach shack located in Culburra Beach.

Pipis is centrally located with the best parts of Culburra just a short stroll away - the beach, the best coffee on the south coast, the shops, the bowlo, and the lake.

THE SPACE
Pipis is the ideal place to unwind and relax, with great indoor and outdoor spaces, it provides the perfect setting all year round.

The house is a newly renovated medium sized three bedroom two bathroom beach shack on a large, flat, grassy block.

All three bedrooms have queen size beds and ceiling fans.
In the main house there is one bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower. Off the back deck (undercover) there is a second bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet, washer/dryer, and second fridge. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces are one large open plan area with air-conditioning. The kitchen is very well appointed and ideal for big cook ups with your family and friends.

There is free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with most streaming services available.

The outdoor space includes a large covered deck with big timber dining table, family sized BBQ, and glorious outdoor shower with hot water.

Off the main deck is the massive backyard, perfect for a game of cricket or Finska. There is also a large fire pit area for slow evenings roasting marshmallows. The backyard is fully fenced making it perfect for kids and dogs to play freely.

We do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

You have the entire house to yourself with backyard.
There is parking on the property.
No paid parking in Culburra. Very accessible and easy to drive around.
