Casa Barlovento is nestled in the exclusive Jardin Minitas area and just a short walk from Playa Minitas Beach, this charming colonial-style villa offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.

With five en-suite bedrooms the villa provides ample space for families or groups. The thoughtfully designed layout features a double kitchen, an independent study, and a spacious pool area surrounded by lush landscaping. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
