Welcome to 'Our Ocean to River Retreat', designed to provide the ultimate vacation experience, nestled in the charm of Mosman Park, Perth, W.A.
With an unparalleled ocean and river lifestyle, the area is a highly sought after location, offering a unique blend of natural beauty including parks, the river & sea & urban conveniences, where accessing local restaurants, cafes, shopping & amenities in the surrounding areas of Fremantle (Port City), Cottesloe, Swanbourne is an exciting experience.
The space
Our Ocean to River Retreat is a two story home away from home, nestled in a quiet tree-line cul-de-sac, where the sounds of nature are plentiful.
This spacious home, with its proximity to the river and ocean is a perfect getaway retreat for all types of families and friends making long lasting memories.
As you venture inside you'll be welcomed by a pristine, 'down to earth' atmosphere.
With six bedrooms (2 downstairs, four upstairs), 2.5 bathrooms, 2 inside lounges & 2 relaxing outdoor areas, plis the pool area, there' ample room to be together or find space whenever, for everyone.
Should you require a workspace, an office equipped with double screens, a printer, connectivity cable for a laptop & office material awaits.
Facing the front eastern side of our home, this area is both private and convenient.
Bedroom 1
Main Downstairs Bedroom has a queen bed, adjoined to a private en-suite. This bedroom is easily accessible to the kitchen, dining, downstairs lounge, sun-room and both front and backyards. With no stairs or other barriers this main bedroom is easily accessible which overlooks the beautiful front gardens surrounded by large olive tress and the serenity of a variety of bird species.
The the front road is quiet being a no-through road, with 14 owner occupier properties on the street.
Bedroom 2
Main Upstairs Bedroom, has a queen sized bed and walk-in robe.
Bedroom 3
Single upstairs Bedroom, with a single bed and a walk-in robe. This bedroom overlooks the back gardens and the swimming pool.
Bedroom 4
Queen sized bed and large double wardrobe, this upstairs bedroom is beside the upstairs bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The bedroom overlooks the back garden and swimming pool.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom has a single bed and is shared with the home office. With double large screens (printer/scanner on request) and views of the front gardens, this room is a perfect quiet workspace.
Bedroom 6
This downstairs single/double bed room is beside the main downstairs bedroom, which may be suitable for younger children or infants (Cot available on request). With a single bed that extends out to a double bed, one or two children could easily enjoy this room, equipped with a variety of books and toys.
Bathrooms
There are 2.5 bathrooms.
1. The ensuite bathroom is in the main downstairs bedroom.
2. Upstairs bathroom with shower & bathtub is separate to the toilet area, shared for all guests.
3. .5 toilet and private had wash, sits downstairs for all guest access.
Lounge and Common Spaces
Inside the home there are 3 lounge areas.
1. Downstairs Lounge, fondly known as the marble room overlooks the back yard and swimming pool. With a large mounted Sony TV, with Netflix, a relaxing and/or private space for everyone.
2. Upstairs Lounge overlooks the back yard and swimming pool in the center of the four upstairs bedrooms, with a wall mounted television.
3. The sun room downstairs and adjoined to the kitchen and dining areas.
There is also an Alfresco area outside equipped with a Pottery Barn wooden table and a Weber Barbecue.
