Escape to this beautiful coastal retreat, just a stroll from the famed "Rick Stein at Bannisters" restaurant. This North Mollymook headland haven offers breathtaking ocean views and a well-appointed interior. Perfect for the avid golfers, beach goers, hikers and foodies alike.
This is the the upper level of the home which is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests, with 4 beds across 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one with 2 singles), with a full bathroom including bath and shower, and a separate toilet. You will also have access to the laundry and second bathroom (shower & toilet) downstairs, via it's own external entry door.
For larger groups or multiple families, please book the full house (upstairs and downstairs) - see our other listing, Clifftop Retreat @ Mollymook, which can accommodate 12 guests, with an additional 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. Note, regardless of which booking you choose, you will have exclusive use of the property (we do not book the bottom floor of the home separately).
Quality linen and towels are provided by your host. There's complimentary Wi-Fi, and a comfortable living room with a TV ready to connect to your favourite streaming services. Adjoining the living room is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. There's even an extra drinks fridge so you're well prepared for your afternoon drinks on the deck.
The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying panoramic views, and whale watching. There's a dining table for alfresco meals, and a BBQ available for guests to use.
The property does not have access to the downstairs bedrooms.

Note: We love dogs, and your well-trained dog is welcome to stay, however please note that the backyard adjoins the oceanfront bush reserve and so is NOT fully fenced. Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the house. Please contact us to discuss the suitability of your dog before booking.
A Lock Box with lit key pad is conveniently located on the right hand side of the garage door. We ask that guests utilize this Lock Box whenever going away from the property.
We will provide you with the code after your stay is booked and confirmed, before your arrival.
We are here to make your stay as relaxing as possible and we are contactable from 7am to 8pm daily and after hours from 8pm to 7am for emergencies only.
A quick reminder of the fairly standard holiday house rules which apply:
* Check in is 2pm; Check out is 10am
* Strictly no parties/events/gatherings allowed. No caravans or tents permitted on property
* Clean BBQ after use
* Empty dishwasher, washing up done & put away before leaving
* All internal garbage bins emptied and wheelie bins taken out to street on departure
* Lock all doors and windows before leaving
* Leave all furniture in original positions
* NO smoking
* Keep noise to reasonable level. 10pm noise curfew on outside deck.
* Must advise host of all guests staying at property 24hrs prior to starting your stay
* We reserve the right to charge guests an additional cleaning fee in addition to the standard cleaning fee if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition as per above terms. This fee will be charged to the guest's payment method.

1. Complete our guest verification process, including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, providing a valid ID, and a matching credit card.
2. Your check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is successfully completed.
