Stay in an ENTIRE 2-BEDROOM apartment on Collins St, steps from Southern Cross station. This modern inner-city home offers city views and amenities like HOTEL STYLE LINENS, TOWELS, FREE PARKING, Wi-Fi, a jacuzzi, sauna, pool and gym.
The Space:
Spacious for 1, comfortable for 2, perfect for 4, and able to accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located in one of the tallest towers in Melbourne's CBD.
This centrally located 2-bedroom apartment features a spacious main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a two single sized bed. A cozy bathroom. The living area includes a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that converts to a double, along with a well equipped kitchen and dining space. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there’s a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. A private balcony.
This fully-furnished 60sqm apartment includes:
• 45 inch TV in living room
• TV in bedroom (no working)
• Wireless internet
• Air conditioning & heating

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Collins St, Australia's premier street, has several fine Victorian era buildings, is the home of prestigious boutiques and high-end retailers and was for a long time the centre of finance in Australia.
We’re also near the corner of Spencer & Collins round the bend from Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated round the corner from Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just round the corner at the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside on Collins St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will greet you to hand over the key, so please inform your arrival time with us.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers round the corner at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.
Or at the BnB concierge located at shop 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000. They charge anywhere from AU$8 per bag.
The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests.
The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
• Width: 200cm, Depth: 85cm, Height: 80cm
• Seat depth: 70cm, Seat height: 45cm
• Bed width: 140cm, Bed length: 200cm
