We kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines during your stay:

- Please treat our property with respect and leave it in a clean condition upon check-out. Furniture should not be moved, and any damage during your stay should be reported.
- An additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is left excessively dirty or untidy.
- To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room.
- Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Please keep noise levels low during these times.
- Smoking is not allowed. A $200 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if any evidence of smoking is found.
- Parties or events are not permitted. Any report of such activities during your stay will result in immediate eviction, with a $300 charge for any evidence of gatherings.
- We regret that pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
- If you become locked out and need assistance, a $100 fee will apply between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m.
- A $200 fee will be charged for a lost key, to cover the cost of replacement.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate contact with authorities, termination of your stay, and forfeiture of rental fees.
