On the other hand, adults will relish the proximity to a wealth of attractions that Atlanta is renowned for, including nightclubs, pubs, stadiums, concerts, and conventions. As you drive to the property, you will witness the ongoing transformation of the area. While the COVID-19 pandemic has slightly delayed this progression, the neighborhood is on the cusp of becoming one of the most sought-after locations in Atlanta, although it has not yet reached that point.

We’re located on the border of Washington Park and Vine City, neighborhoods rich in culture and in transition as Atlanta continues to grow. Area is more appreciated by Urban Dwellers (not so much family friendly yet). Although close to downtown and stadium it is not a walking area.
