Summary:
Seascape Resort-main lodge, ground floor unit, includes private balcony with views of the beach, walking path & the beautiful tree lined sky with the ocean beyond! Situated between both bluffs with easy access to the walking paths & the main lodge where you find Sanderling's restaurant, the main pool, the most secluded spa, and the indoor and outdoor resort firepits! Nice open floorplan with fireplace next to the balcony-open the slider to enjoy the sea air & listen to the ocean waves!

The Space:
Parking is provided outside this ground-level unit. Enter to find a bedroom with king bed, closet with luggage rack and shelving for your personal belongings, next to the bedroom is a full bathroom equipped with a step-in shower/tub, a sink with cabinetry, and space for personal toiletries & private john. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, full sized dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, tea kettle and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area includes a table with seating for 4 and the living space is perfect for gathering together to play games or watch the tv above the fireplace. There is outside seating and a lounger to enjoy on the patio-watch the wildlife scurry down the walking garden path in the morning & enjoy the sunset over the ocean in the evening. This charming walking path just outside leads down to the ocean where you have beach access to enjoy daytime activities or even an evening fire. (Wood must be purchased off site and carried down, fires can be built on the sand!) Note here you are located at the main building with easy access to the main lodge pool and most secluded spa. Here you will also find both an indoor and outdoor firepit if you do not wish to make your own!

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools (3) and jacuzzis (3); access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages and bike rentals are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!
With 17 miles of Monterey Bay beach to explore, spacious all-suites accommodations, delicious fine dining, and a full range of activities to choose from, Seascape is the premier Santa Cruz luxury resort. Seascape provides everything to make your Santa Cruz lodging experience memorable, including a host of resort options and both free and paid amenities. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods and there is a guest supply closet by the front door with additional supplies. An electric grill is located on the patio.
Pool towels and a safe, as well as additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.
A blue tooth speaker and radio is in the living room. You will find games and a drawer full of DVD’s in the cabinet under the TV as well as many beach toys and lawn games in the hamper on the patio. Please return all games and toys to their locations complete as you found them for the next guest to enjoy.

Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts are not available. Room service through the resort is not available, but DoorDash, UberEats and pizza delivery all are accessible to order delivery to the villa.

The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area.

Pools and hot tub are accessible, access with your guest code.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Convenient and spacious for our getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property, it's part of a resort that has all the conveniences you can want. The unit was very clean and plenty of space for 2-3 people. Balcony was a great spot to watch beautiful sunset skies. Only caution we'd give is if you're sensitive to noise it might not be ideal, as it's a bottom floor unit so you can sometimes hear people above, and the bedroom is in the front of the building where you can hear people talking while walking to and from their rooms, parking lot, etc.
