This is a Jr. Compact luxury suite great for solo business / pleasure travellers or paired couples looking for a high value stay. This is different than the typical ABB listing, it is high end, sterile and furnishings are like brand new. The suite is brand new.
Upon arrival; the suite is compact and deluxe with plush seating is paired with a large flat-screen 4K HDTV. High-speed Wi-Fi connection is included for convenience - includes throws, blankets and cushions for extra comfort.
Bed is a Full-Double sized bed, complete with plush bedding by KB of Denmark regarded as the best all round luxury bedding for all important and uninterrupted night's sleep.
The bathroom is modern, standard soaker tub shower and plenty of white towels, luxury soap, spa items etc.
Kitchen unit is loaded with standard amenities so when you need to enjoy, cooking, takeout, utensils are loaded. Appliances included are:

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am. Please be respectful of neighbors during these times
Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations and or any registered complains result in immediate cancellation without refund. The property is a family environment with Seniors, kids and families in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. Violations will incur an additional fine of $200 for any detectable and recognizable smell by the Host(s), cleaner(s) or property manager(s)
Pets:
Pets are permitted on the property up to a maximum weight of 30lbs. All pets MUST be on a leash and under the supervision of the owner. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Respect for the Property:
Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or missing items. Damages are considered as such where an item will need professional tools and professional repairs or a replacement in kind.
Security:
Always lock doors and windows when leaving. For security purposes, unauthorized buzzing is prohibited.
