Bask in the serenity of this near new beach house on the edge of Bridgewater Bay. Featuring an idealistic north westerly backyard, enjoy sunshine throughout most of the day & front row seats to sensational sunsets.
Located amongst an abundance of wineries, hot springs, as well as a selection of casual and fine dining & golf courses.
Features fully appointed kitchen, 2 living areas, shaded outdoor deck & sun drenched fenced gardens where children can safely play to make your holiday a breeze.
This home is strictly NO PETS, NO SHOES INSIDE AND NO SMOKING. Some of our guests specifically book it due to allergies. By booking this property you agree to this and if these rules are broken you will be refused entry and a refund will not be available.

This home is smoke free and meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for your stay. The light and bright interior, coupled with the coastal-inspired decor, will take the stresses away the moment you step inside.

* Large sunny north-westerly facing back yard and outdoor dining area.
* Open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with large sliding doors that open out to the deck.
* Large flat lawn area, great for kids.
* Fully equipped kitchen and pantry with all essentials provided (no microwave).
* 2 bathrooms, both with double vanities.
* Stand-alone Bath tub to soak the stresses away.
* Fully equipped laundry.
* Ducted heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.
* Engineered oak floorboards throughout the living areas.
* High ceilings.
* Double garage plus 2 car spots.

Please refrain from taking drinks or food to the couches, bedrooms and rumpus. Similarly, no shoes are allowed inside, slippers are provided for each guest to ensure there are no carpet damages or stains. Spillages or damages will be addressed and charged to the guest.
We kindly request guests must adhere to the Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct and house rules during their stay which includes no loud music or noise day or night. The property is not available for any party groups including hens or bucks nights.
