New to our inventory this season, Fiesta Road offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a spacious primary bedroom complete with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a quaint second bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom featuring a cozy queen bed. All bedrooms also offer streaming TVs, and there is WiFi throughout. The second full bath located in the hall has a shower/tub combo. The spacious sectional in the living room also offers a queen pull-out, for additional sleeping accommodations. The interior exudes a beachy and bright atmosphere with an eclectic style that makes every corner interesting.

Ideal for your family gathering, this residence is zoned R-1. Occupancy is restricted to no more than 4 unrelated persons, and cannot exceed 8, including all children and babies. The driveway will accommodate two vehicles. This property rents Saturday to Saturday, in season, and Any 5+ nights off-season at this time.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen, for your meal prep. There is also washer and dryer, central air and heat to keep you comfortable during your stay, plus a dishwasher to handle the aftermath of culinary adventures.

You’ll find first-come-first-serve free parking on the oceanblock side of Coastal Highway in the north OC area if you’d rather drive to the beach, for a relaxing day in the warm sunshine.

An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the home on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed, towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo, and bath mats.
