Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.

You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and do not exceed the number of guests permitted for your stay.
