Experience comfort and convenience in this modern 2-storey 2-bedroom townhouse, perfectly situated near Merivale. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering a peaceful retreat with cozy beds and ample storage. The ground floor features an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space, all designed for relaxation and ease. Enjoy the vibrant Merivale lifestyle with boutique shopping, trendy cafes, and restaurants just minutes away.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for meal preparation. You’ll also find extras like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and some sweet treats.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
The first bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed.
The second bedroom offers two spacious king-single beds
Each bed will be freshly made and ready for your arrival, with all necessary linens thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
Wi-Fi:
Fast, reliable Wi-Fi for work or entertainment.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed for your comfort and includes the following amenities:
- A heated shower
- A toilet
- A vanity with a full-length mirror
For your convenience, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, along with towels for your use.
Heating/Cooling.
There is an air-conditioning unit on the ground floor and second floor. This will heat or cool the house depending on your requirements.
Laundry:
There is a washing machine in the laundry. Laundry powder is provided.
Parking:
There is no allocated parking space for the property. There is only free on-street parking.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.
City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
