Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upper unit, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area, and kitchen. The entrance is private, ensuring a seamless and independent stay. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Please note that the basement unit has its own separate entrance and is rented separately.
The basement unit below this upper apartment is separately rented. While we strive to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, you may occasionally hear some noise from guests staying in the basement, such as footsteps or normal activities. The driveway is shared with the basement tenant.
The garage is not available for parking. It is used for waste management and is shared between the basement guest and this unit. Our teams do access the garage on a scheduled basis to empty the garbage during collection days.
Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. Guests will not have access to change the temperature during their stay.
1 parking spot is provided on the driveway. If guests have more than one car, you will need to park on the street and can do so for up to 25 nights per year.
We provide limited quantities (starter supply) of basic items to get your stay started, including paper towels, toilet paper, salt/pepper, garbage bags, soap, etc. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
