Less than a mile from Pier Park, Emerald Beach Resorts offer the best in location and amenities. The unit is on the 9th floor which gives you a magnificent view. Unit 935 is across from the elevators, so there's no long walk to your room with luggage or coming in from the beach. SNOWBIRDS CONTACT ME FOR A SPECIAL PRICE. Our newly renovated unit has new furniture, new mattress, and fresh paint job. This upscale resort offers many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Going out to eat is not necessary, since it offers a bar and fast food/ice cream eatery on the very attractive cross over. Inside the unit you will find a king bed, bunk beds and sofa sleeper. The view of the gulf is immediate as soon as you step into the living room. Emerald Beach is located at 14701 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach. There are 3 pools, one is beach side the other two, which includes a zero gravity pool (great for kids) are located across the street. There are you will find grills, pool table and games.
Sorry no pets are allowed at the complex. Also no smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

Pleasantly surprised

We usually go to Fort Myers Beach, Clearwater, or Marco Island. Our stay was wonderful at PCB. The beach and clear blue ocean water was so relaxing. The communication with Vickie was quick and she answered all of my many questions. The bonus at Vickie’s condo was the free beach chair and umbrella rentals. The bed was quite comfortable. Sharky’s and Runaway Island House are great restaurants on the beach.

Perfect vacation spot- right on the beach

We had a great time at Vickie’s place! Communication was prompt and thorough. The condo itself was just as pictured…the pools were amazing for the kids, when we got sick of the sand.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo is decorated beautifully with attention to detail and higher end furnishings. It's a truly relaxing and comfortable place to spend time in PCB. The view from the balcony is top notch, but it's not so high that you feel queasy looking over the rail. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the master has a lot of pillows. The balcony chairs are much nicer than most, and they swivel and rock, which made time time spent looking at the ocean even better. The condo was very clean, except there was some sand still on the floor, but I think that's just to be expected. The ocean was churning with double red flags our entire stay, so there was no swimming except for the pools. We ate at Zollo's, and it's the best pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend the Chicken basil pesto pizza, and my family loved the pineapple/ham pizza. We ate at Senor Frogs, and the food was not that great, but the atmosphere was fun. The young adults spent a day at Shipwreck Island and another day at Pier Park. They enjoyed both very much. We highly recommend the Dark XD virtual ride at Pier Park. Overall, this was a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. The condo was top notch, and I would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate

This is our 2nd time staying at The Emerald Beach Resort and it won’t be our last. It will most likely be the place we stay on all future PCB trips. The condo was immaculate. Pictures don’t do it justice. We will book this particular condo on all future stays at The Emerald Beach Resort. FYI, Zollo’s pzza across the street from the resort is hands down the best pizza in PCB.

Beautiful Condo and Amazing view

This place was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. The free beach chairs was a huge plus. The balcony chairs are absolutely the best. We really enjoyed them. The resort was very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and we plan on coming back.

Perfect getaway

Perfect long weekend getaway! Condo had everything we needed, was just as listed and check-in was easy. Loved having the beach chairs at the beach and spent each morning on the balcony drinking coffee with a beautiful view. The location was great! We could walk a short distance to a few restaurants or walk about a mile to Pier Park for multiple options. Would definitely recommend to a couple or even a couple with children because of the bunk beds. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beach condo. We had a relaxing time, it was just what we needed.

We loved our stay. The room was just as advertised and the location was great. I specifically enjoyed the chairs on the balcony and the kids loved being able to close the curtains to the bunk beds. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful resort!

This isn't our first time at this resort, but it was our first time on the Emerald side. Our condo was so beautifully decorated! We were pleasantly surprised that the beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies! And I used the portable fan from the closet because I'm a hot sleeper lol I loved having the full size washer and dryer in the unit. I also loved the proximity to the trash chute and elevators. So convenient! The rocking chairs on the balcony were great too! The pool by the beach is less "family friendly" than the other pool so I recommend the other pool if you're on a family vacation. Everybody was super nice and friendly, just a little bit more of a party atmosphere at the beach side pool. Windham/Emerald does an amazing job of maintaining their beach as opposed to condos we've stayed at with friends down the road from Windham. Very clean! Three tips: First, if you're going to utilize the free beach chair service, go on Saturday or Sunday, or your chairs will be on the back row. Second, go across the road to the homemade ice cream shop every day you're there! Third, go to Runaway Island and order the spinach dip and Jerk Mahi Dinner! Thank me later!

Very Good

This property is very well kept, and exceptionally clean. My only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced, it was very sunken and uncomfortable. If that was taken care of I could see myself staying there again.

Just what we needed

Enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels etc. The condo layout worked great with our baby’s travel bed in the doorway by the bunk beds, so he didn’t have to stay in the best with us. Vickie was very thorough with her directions on the front end, so we never had to reach out for assistance.
