Discover the charm of Beach Bliss in Cowes, a delightful double-story abode situated located close to the shops. Designed to echo the tranquil ambience of the island, this home is the epitome of comfort and convenience.

As you enter, be greeted by the signature hallway leading you to the heart of the house.

Settle in and relax in the stylish and welcoming living area at the front of the home, complete with a TV for your entertainment.

Enjoy the open plan kitchen and dining area. For those who love cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a dream. Modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, fridge, and stove, ensure enjoyable and effortless meal preparations.

A fully equipped laundry is available for your convenience, complete with a washing machine and dryer.

A convenient powder room with a toilet is also located on the main level.

Enjoy the alfresco with outdoor furniture and BBQ, the perfect spot for dinners or morning brunches. The fully fenced back yard area is ideal for kids.

Venture upstairs to the four elegantly designed bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families. Every bedroom is modern and fresh.

The upstairs area features the main bathroom, complete with a bathtub, as well as an ensuite which is attached to the master bedroom.

Convenient parking is provided in the driveway.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed (wih ensuite) - Upstairs

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any added pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours’ notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Read and accept our terms and conditions—the Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rule applies.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
