You can enjoy the lively life of the Part-Dieu district while staying in this peacefulness. The apartment is 50m2 and welcomes you in a friendly and warm space, so you will not be cramped whether you are 2 or 4 people.

- It is composed of a very large bedroom with a large storage closet. Ironing equipment (iron, the ironing board is available).
- A quality sofa bed for 2 persons is in the living room.
- A dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, a stove, a refrigerator-freezer, kitchen utensils, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster...).
- The bathroom has a large Italian shower, a towel dryer, storage space, and a large mirror.

You will have at your disposal: sheets, towels, soap, some coffee capsules, and tea.

The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator, with very easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Dominated by sleek skyscrapers, the 3rd commercial district is known for the mid-range Part-Dieu shopping center and the Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse food hall, which sells charcuterie and gourmet chocolate. Chic bistros fill the streets. Gestapo cells are on display at the National Memorial of Montluc Prison, and the brutalist Institut Lumière screens art-house films. The Lyon Part-Dieu train station is connected to Paris.

The 3rd arrondissement gathers the important cultural places of Lyon and its institutions around its economic center of Part-Dieu:

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can enter the apartment. You can check in at any time of the day, as long as you respect the standard check-in time (2 pm on the day).

If you require additional cleaning/linens during your stay (at an additional cost), we can be contacted to accommodate your request. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
